I found out I needed a root canal 2 days before we were going out of town for a family vacation. Dr. Shelley got me in right away and did a great job! Aside from the initial pinch of the first needle (which was barely a pinch), the entire procedure was painfree! Dr. Shelley and his assistant frequently made sure I was comfortable and that I wasn't feeling any pain! Thanks for making such an unpleasant procedure so comfortable and pain free for me!

Dr Shelley and his office staff was probably the very best dentist experience I have ever had. Dr Shelley was very professional and caring. I felt totatlly at ease. I was very apprehensive about the whole experience and Dr Shelley put all my fears to rest. He was amazing and gentle and I didn't feel any pain throughout the entire root canal process. I too, have had several bad experiences at the dentist but Dr Shelley has renewed my hope that caring dentists/endodontists still exist.He even offered to come in on a Saturday if I had any problems. His staff was exceptional and I would highly recommend anyone to this office. Thank you for your care.

The entire visit was great!! Going to the Dentist is the least favorite of my things to do list. I a person that has nitrous just to get my teeth cleaned. The staff did a great job of making me feel relaxed. As I mentioned before I've had two other root canals done and they didn't go so well.

Dr. Shelley is very knowledgeable and professional. I think he is an excellent Endodontist.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the superior treatment, both personal and professional, that I received during my visit to your office. Beginning with my first contacts with Susan on the phone, via e-mail, and in person I was made to feel welcome, important, and special. Paula continued that welcoming attitude as she escorted me into the procedure area. She helped me to understand what the procedure was going to entail, looked after my needs, and shared interests, both hers and mine. All of which helped me relax and feel less anxious. Dr. Shelley is the consummate professional. His "chair-side" manner continued the welcoming atmosphere that Susan and Paula initiated and his willingness to answer questions and spend time with me was greatly appreciated. His skill and knowledge was reflected in everything that he did from injections through closing. I always felt I was in good (skilled) hands. Paula told Dr Shelley that I would be interested in seeing some aspects of the procedure, so he took photos throughout the process and shared them with me following the procedure. That was very important to me. Typically, I never relax in the dentist office. During this visit I found myself napping while Dr. Shelley and Paula worked their magic. For me, that says it all. Thanks to all of you for helping an old coward feel comfortable and for taking such good care of me. You have a remarkable staff and practice.
